Return & exchange

Eligible standard, non-customised products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items may be tried on indoors to check size and fit, but must otherwise remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and have the original tags attached.

Custom-fitted and custom-colour pieces are personalised and are non-refundable once personalised production has begun, except where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the specifications agreed with Harshavi.
