This Privacy Policy explains how Harshika Choudhary, Founder, and Viraj Sharma, Co-Founder, operating under the brand Harshavi, handle personal information when you use https://harshavi.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate your account, fulfil orders and provide customer support.
This includes the name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, order information and communications you provide.
For custom fitting, we collect the measurements, measurement units, fit preferences and tailoring instructions needed for your chosen product.
For custom colours, we collect the colour selection and specifications submitted with your order, such as a colour name or HEX code.
We also receive photographs or other files that you deliberately upload or send to us for support, customisation, profile features, reviews or product complaints.
Please do not send identity documents, medical details or payment-security credentials that are unnecessary for your request.
Payment information
Our payment provider and the payment method selected at checkout process your payment. For a Cash on Delivery order, the courier collects the amount due on delivery, so NimbusPost and the courier receive the delivery name, address, phone number and the amount to collect. Where necessary to process an eligible Cash on Delivery refund, we may collect limited bank-account or UPI information required to complete the refund.
Harshavi receives transaction information needed to verify and administer the order, including payment and refund references, amounts and payment status.
Harshavi does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or payment OTP. Do not send these credentials to our support team.
Technical information, cookies and similar storage
Technical information processed when you use the website may include your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times and error information.
Cookies and similar browser storage support functions such as account sessions, cart contents, preferences and website security.
Optional analytics and advertising services: We may use analytics or advertising tools to understand website usage and improve our services. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or consent options.
Available privacy and cookie controls: You can manage or block cookies and similar storage through your browser settings. Essential storage required for account, cart, checkout, security and other core website functions cannot be disabled through the website without affecting those features. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in, cart or checkout functions.
How we use information
We use relevant personal information to verify payments, prepare products, fulfil customisation requests, deliver orders, provide tracking, issue invoices, manage returns and refunds, and answer enquiries.
We also use necessary information to maintain website security, investigate suspected fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
Optional promotional communications are separate from messages needed to complete or support an order.
We do not sell or rent customer personal information.

Courier information is limited to what is needed for fulfilment, such as the delivery name, address, phone number and shipment details. Body measurements and tailoring instructions are not required for ordinary courier delivery.
We may disclose information where lawfully required by a competent authority or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Measurements and reference photographs
Measurements and tailoring instructions are used to prepare the product, clarify requirements and handle related after-sales support.
Reference images you upload or send to Harshavi are used for the purpose for which you supplied them. We do not automatically treat them as permission to publish your photograph or use it in advertising.
We obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer photographs for marketing.
Where an image is processed entirely on your device and is not transmitted, Harshavi does not receive that image. This is different from a photograph you actively upload or send to us.
Instagram and other external media
Harshavi displays its own Instagram content and may provide links to Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other external services.
Loading external media or opening an external platform may allow that provider to process technical information under its own privacy practices.
You do not need to give Harshavi your Instagram password or access to your private social-media messages to browse or purchase from our website.
Marketing choices
Where you have agreed to receive promotional messages, you may withdraw that permission through the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting businessharshavi@gmail.com.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop necessary messages about an active order, payment, refund, delivery or customer-service request.
Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing.
Information retention
We retain personal information only while it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for an unresolved support or dispute matter, or for an applicable legal obligation.
Order, invoice and payment-related records may need to remain after an account is closed. Other information will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, subject to legitimate retention needs and backup procedures.
Measurements and reference photographs are not retained indefinitely merely because you once placed an order. You may contact us to request deletion where they are no longer needed.
If particular information must be retained, we will explain the applicable reason rather than promise immediate deletion of every record.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including appropriate access controls and secure handling.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorised activity promptly.
Security incidents will be assessed and handled, including notifications where required by applicable law.
Access, correction, deletion and withdrawal requests
You may email businessharshavi@gmail.com to request access to information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information no longer required, or withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We will not ask for payment PINs or OTPs for that purpose.
Where information cannot be deleted because it is still required, we will explain why.
Withdrawing permission for information essential to an unfulfilled order may affect our ability to complete it. This does not remove your right to an eligible refund.
Children’s information
Our purchasing services are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian may place an order on behalf of a minor.
Where such an order requires information about the minor, provide only what is necessary for that order and ensure you have the authority to do so.
Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation.
Processing outside India
Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where that occurs, we use the safeguards required by applicable law and the relevant service arrangements.
We do not represent that all information is stored exclusively in India.
